T2: Any unauthorized attempts to access Audicy and/or it's counterparts or to break the functionality of the bot on purpose such as (but not limited to) using commands for things other than their intended purpose will result in a permanent ban from using the service.

Users can get access to additional features on Audicy by subscribing to a monthly or yearly membership for one of the two available levels on Buy Me A Coffee. Memberships are non-refundable. Canceling the membership results in the loss of benifits that come with the specific level once the membership period ends.
We hold the right to ban users from using the service irrespective of the membership if the user violates the terms mentioned in 'T1' and 'T2' sections of our Terms Of Service.

Audicy does not collect or store any personal/private user data, message data or media/audio data at any point.
